I found mango tea bags that can be used for both hot and cold tea at Panera

Make iced tea and add mango juice to it, beat it in a blender.
I don't think any place carries it. They might have to be special ordered.

check Cost Plus, they have republic of tea brand, they have a mango. Of brew regular black tea and get Mango flavor Torani syrup from Smart and Final
