8:20 And Noah builded an altar unto the LORD; and took of every clean beast, and of every clean fowl, and offered burnt offerings on the altar.
8:21 And the LORD smelled a sweet savour; and the LORD said in his heart, I will not again curse the ground any more for man's sake; for the imagination of man's heart is evil from his youth ; neither will I again smite any more every thing living, as I have done.
Ok, let me guess, GOD recreate animals again i guess since NOah burned them. Wow, cool, First he had to save the on the boat than he burned them. Way to go Noah.

It says "took of every clean beast". Not "took every clean beast". Now if you go back, you'll see he took 7 of every clean animal. Also, you tend to forget that he took male and female....oh my...babies....who would have thought. And in the end, God loved the smell of a bar b que.

there have been 2 thoughts that have been clumsily merged into one. between the thoughts got here from the priestly classification which promoted the thought that the genuine priesthood of God did not start up till Aaron. Their tale in contact in simple terms one pair of each and every animal. the different tale, instructed by using a collection that did not tie the priestly custom to a particular individual, reported that seven pairs of unpolluted animals have been delivered as a fashion to have sufficient for sacrifices. study the story heavily. you will locate many greater examples that make it sparkling 2 separate thoughts have been in simple terms merged into one without changing conflicting info.

Noah "took OF". That means he took at least one, or some , of each, not all. So there were still animals left to multiply and "replenish the earth.' Any more questions?

There were fourteen of each clean animal, seven pairs of each. Saying he took of each doesn't mean he took them all, probably only one or two of each clean species.
