ok i bought this book called Yoga RX. it has 2 main ruthines as well as some 10-13 others for differnt parts of the body. any how i know i need to do the second core rutine but i am not sure if i need to do all the other rutines at the same time along with the core rutine.

the book says to do the core rutine and then to do the other added rutine (the upper or lower back rutine, migraine rutine, IBS rutine or the others). my problem is that many of the other rutines will help but if i do as it says and do each rutine i need every day for 2 weeks stright then that will rake nearly 3 hours out of my day. after the 2 weeks is not a problem sense it says from the 3rd week on to just do the added rutine once a week. but what do i do about thoes first 2 weeks?

Just do one routine at a time, one or two, no need to do them all at first, do a few and see how you feel. Then just pick another routine that you want and do that one too, you won't have to do it the way they do. Make your own as you go, it's ok, to do what you need.
