I'd think you'd need to find out who the elders are of the church (church officials), and tell them, or one of them. They have the power to reprimand the preacher. If they really care about the state of the church, and the church members, they'll investigate the guy. Is this an ethical thing, or legal issue? If it's a legal issue, then cut to the chase, and call the proper legal authorities. If not, take it to the eleders, and deacons... These people have the power to boot him out!

I am not a Baptist either, but the pastor serve with the approval of the congregation, and with addition committees must be elected, consisting of lay officers and the pastor. It is a contradiction of the Congregational principle if a minister makes decisions concerning the congregation without the vote of these other officers. The other officers may be called "The Board of Deacons", "The Board of Elders" or "The Session" (borrowing Presbyterian terminology), or even "The Vestry" (borrowing the Anglican term) — it is not their label that is important to the theory, but rather their lay status and their equal vote, together with the pastor, in deciding the issues of the church. If the pastor is abusing his authority, I suggest you report this to to the board of deacons at his church. Good luck!

The first thing you need to know is to determine what denomination the church belongs to. Most churches are "Southern Baptist Convention", but there are others (e.g. "American Baptist Association"), etc.
Each has their own governing bodies.
Usually, the church website or their weekly bulletin will have the logo of the association to which it belongs.
The reporting structure depends on the association.

Baptist churches have a council or board of directors, sometimes called elders. They have the power to hire and fire pastors. You should contact them.

Here's a phone number for the American Baptist Association: 800-ABC3-USA
If you call them and explain your problem, they should be able to put you in touch with the right people.

They are held accountable to the police, if it is a criminal type issue call them. Also you could try the church board, he is held accountable to them, they hired him and can fire him. Or you can try a google search for the church's national homepage but I find nothing.

he's addicted to his indignant beliefs. he's stuck in a cycle of hate and anger and he has trapped his kinfolk with him. He has no new understandings of the international or new recommendations about existence. He makes wild accusations and delivers no info that God has chosen his kinfolk to be the genuine people of god and hate each man or woman else. He lives a wierd, cult like existence. i have considered this documentary to boot.
