You could look into blood and blood product donation aswel as your kidneys or bone marrow. Blood donars save lives, my daughter wouldnt be alive with out her many blood transfussions during her cancer treatment and there are many like her each day having life saving transfussions. for kidneys, bone marrow, and sometimes, you can donate a chunk of your liver to someone who needs a liver transplant. the liver tissue will regenerate, so if part of your liver is removed then it will grow back.
