Before you answer please read Geneses

Evidently so, though many scholars think that passage refers to the fallen angels. They think it was an attempt to muddy the human species and prevent the birth of Jesus.

A Giant isn't an angel, while Angels might be the size of Giants, there the simularity ends. In the story of Lot and S&M the natives wanted to have sex with the Angels and in an attempt to protect his guests, Lot offered his daughters to the natives which they rejected but while the natives were deciding Lot was able to lose the angels, but that was the final straw in condeming those cities, so having sex with an angel is deffinately a no no.

this verse is not talking about angels, this verse is talking about HIS children.. the sons of God are believers.. here is an example:

Isa. 46:6
6 I will say to the north, Give up; and to the south, Keep not back: bring my sons from far, and my daughters from the ends of the earth

the verse you are talking about was God speaking of the sons of God (believers) were marrying the daughters of men (unbelievers) .
as for angels having sex, no.. they were not created to procreate.. therefore they do not have the body parts to produce children. Jesus said "angels do not marrying or are given into marriage." why? because they were not created to reproduce.

As I recall, according to Edgar Cayce they can and did have sex, which started the process of reincarnation: Their offspring were eternal beings trapped inside mortal bodies, for whom the only way to heaven was a process of overcoming the confines of physicality and simultaneously perfecting the soul while within human forms.

Or something like that.

This passage talks about Nephilim. Nephilim were born from angel men and human women. Just goes to show you how wacky some of the things in Genesis are.

No, Noncorporeal Beings (spirit, non-material) such as angels can not have sex with humans (flesh). God did not give them the gift to procreate.
