how does the super dieters tea work compared to the colon cleansers like www.drnatura.com?

anyone done both? does the tea clean you out like the other stuff? the website is pretty convincing!

Colon "cleansing" is dangerous and not necessary, despite what the websites tell you. (Gee, ya think they're just trying to sell something? DUH!!)
