Bottom line is that a male is not "only" or "always" responsible for rape. Rape is - in most jurisdictions - defined as the carnal knowledge of a one person by another forcibly and unlawfully against their will. Rape is not always done with a sexual organ - although that is often then charged as sexual assault.

What you seem to really be asking - or commenting upon - is the fact that a woman can have "buyer's remorse" and cry rape after the fact. Actually, so could a guy.....but the fact that there was no resistance and the person never said "no" in the course of the sexual encounter would make rape pretty hard to prove.

I know a woman that she did in fact rape a man and she is now in prison. The man that she raped was a very faithful man to his wife. This woman came over to his house with the pretense of getting a cup of sugar. He had no desire for her what so ever. After he got the sugar for her and was letting her out the door, she pushed him hard and knocked him down, every time he tried to get up, she would pop him. She did rape this man. His wife came in from work early that day and caught this woman on top of her husband. Her husband was bruised pretty bad, and the woman never had a mark on her. I will add this, she was a big woman and he was a little guy. All she had on was a dress and no under panties on. She later told the police that she had the hots for this man for some time. Now she is in the hot seat in prison for rape.

So yes women can in fact rape a man, but sometimes it is hard to prove as most men are big enough to fight the woman off, but most guys are raised not to hit a female.

There is also gang rape, where instead of a bunch of guys raping a woman, it is a bunch or women raping a guy. It can happen.

It IS possible for a man to be secually assaulted by a women. Sometimes the body is betraying, to both men and women.

The male may be restrained by the women and taken advantage of.
While he is saying no, unfortunatly, his body is saying other wise. In the end, the male will feel hurt and ashamed that he was literally raped by a women. It sounds farfetched, but it happens.

Rape is a repulsive act regardless. It doesn't matter who was raped or who did it, the person who did it should suffer for their actions.

Things are changing on that front. There is a case pending in my area where a woman of 19 or 20 is on trial for raping her 14 year old cousin. Rape is more difficult to charge female to male simply because in general a male is physically better able to resist and really has to RESPOND physically in order to have intercourse. Doesn't make it impossible and doesn't make it right.

An erection isn't a concious decsision, it just happens. Saying a women can't rape a guy because he has to "get hard" first is like saying it isn't rape if a girl gets wet when she is being raped.
