i certainly would advise a visit to the vet, he is qualified, the rest of us are not. why play guessing games sweetheart? do try to pop your pal along to the vet and get the problem sorted out before it gets any worse, time is Always of the essence! go sooner rather than later! so I wish you and your dog the best of luck bye for now.....................

If he has excessive phelgm- that is not a good thing. It can lead to pneumonia. Best thing is to take him to your vet and get him checked out. Mine occasionally gets very congested and after we put him on a course of antibiotics, he's fine. Other times, he gets congested because he drank too much water, then he just vomits it back up and is fine after a few hours. I don't think lemon juice will do anything, where did you hear that?

Don't quote me on this but i think this is an inherent problem with bulldogs as is snoring, a phone call to the vets might help though. All the best.

Your dog needs to see a vet, the phlegm could be a symptom of heart problems.
It can cause a fluid build up.
