First off do not wear your hair in a wet style...meaning you wash it and style while wet or use a wet brush to slick your hair down in a ponytail. The best thing is to rarely wear your hair in a ponytail which can break your hair off especially with a relaxer. Second make sure you condition your hair and scalp. Creme of Nature is a great line to use and also use Doo Grow, this a like a grease w/o the greasiness and it makes your hair grow. You can find both at Target

If you relax your hair, you're only supposed to do it every 4-6 weeks...don't over do it...and only do it on the new-growth. Try not to use too much heat on your hair either because that damages it quick. Just do the hot-oil treatments and keep your hair moisterized but don't use heavy stuff, because thats not good for your hair either.

Vitamin Bs and Biotin help. Also, look in the African-American beauty supplies in Drugstores and find a product that contains the following: Mayo, Olive Oil, and eggs. These are all very nutrient for your hair.

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://bitly.im/aMJmA While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

my mom is a cosmotalogist so believe me if you brush ur hair with a wire brissled brush very often it increases the blood flow in your scalp therefor stimulating the hair shaft to grow also if u have alot of damage b sure to use a deep conditioner daily.

go back to the shop that did your hair. Cholestral treatments are very good. So are Organic products.
