I write in a journal, to help me calm down. IT sounds stupid but it does help. Or I just go calm myself down.

Exercise. Go for a walk/run, work out, or go play a sport. Lots of research has shown that exercise is a great way to improve your mood and decrease negative feelings.
Listen to music (with your headphones on). Music has also been shown to change a person’s mood pretty quickly. And if you dance, then you're exercising and it’s a two-for-one.
Write down your thoughts and emotions. You can write things in lots of ways; for example, in a journal or as your own poetry or song lyrics. After you’ve written it down, you can keep it or throw it away — it doesn’t matter. The important thing is, writing down your thoughts and feelings can improve how you feel. When you notice, label, and release feelings as they show up in smaller portions, they don’t have a chance to build up inside.
Draw. Scribbling, doodling, or sketching your thoughts or feelings might help too.
Meditate or practice deep breathing. This one works best if you do it regularly, as it's more of an overall stress management technique that can help you use self-control when you're mad. If you do this regularly, you’ll find that anger is less likely to build up.

Sometimes I cry, depending on what it is. Most of the time, I wouldn't talk to anyone.
If my husband got me mad, I would stop talking to him until he apologizes and treats me to dinner. Usually, I don't give in that easily. Crying always works. At least a couple tears in front of him.

I usually yell, or worse yet, try to get even. This is even worse when I'm in a car. I don't know why, but if someone makes me mad when I'm behind the wheel....

Take deep breathe and count to 10 and try to calm down relax it just gets worst when you are mad..

Well.....I'm not angry about much...thats for sure.
I learned a long time ago...that most of the times I became angry about something...it was the exact response that someone else was trying to evoke in me. I learned that the only real good reason to become angry was with myself for something stupid I either did...or something that I should have done but didnt.
I had a girlfriend once...who just loved to argue....about silly inane things. I being a logical and reasonable person...tried to argue back just to be able to have her say..."Oh I see...your right!!" Which of course never happened. When I stopped arguing with her....she left.
Its like the old saying....dont sweat the small stuff.....save your emotions for love.

I heard that anger gives you extra energy. My Doctor said the best thing to do when your mad is paint a room and trust it works there's just some thing about it that's so relaxing.

when I'm really pissed at someone I try to figure out how to calmly explain to them why they are an @sshole. By the time I figure out how to calmly explain it I'm usually calmed down
when I'm frustrated I cry
I also clean when I'm mad...I don't know why lol I clean when I'm bored too.

cuz im a teen i go to my room and act really crabby and i cant help it it happens all the time im reall sensitive and thats waht i consider my major weaknees im hurt really easily i pretend to be all mad but only i know how sad i really am cuz im really moody and sometimes i wonder if its just becuz im going through a phase but i dont no i just tery to calm down and keep my self under control after all i am a cancer
