It could just be allergies, but you can't know for sure until you get it checked out cause it could may be some sort of infection, but before you take him, try to really look at it to find out if it's just a scratch, cause if it's a scratch and you take him to the vet then the animal doctor will look at you funny and will probably think your nuts and we don't want that!

I'm pretty sure I know what it is, my dog had it too. If it is only one eye than your dog needs to go to the veterinarian. There, the veterinarian would give your dog eye ointment. Your dog must have been scratched in the eye for a long time to have a goopy eye to occur. Don't worry it will heal!

It could be allergies. Give it a few more days and see if it gets worse. If so, get it checked out by a vet. This happens to my dog once a year around this time and it goes away on its own.

it could be allergy or it could be this sickness called 'cherry eye' its a infection that needs serious care from the vet before it gets worse. have u bath him and maybe the shampoo got it his eye? try to rinse it with lukewarm water and buy some anti-bio to clean out his eye! if condition doesnt improve within a few days, take him to the vet!

Well since it's only been 2 days then give it about 3 more days to see if they get worse or better. If they get worse take him to the vet.
