I'm taking antihistamines for the itch, trying to drink a lot of water. I'm so angry at myself because I'm in Seattle and the weather is amazing right now (90s this weekend). When can I go into the sun again?

Dude, you are on the way to skin cancer. Why do you want to go back out to crispify yourself again?

You need to use lotion for the itching. And you need to put sun screen on not once and then forget it but when your out in the sun.. Use it often. You can go out into the sun but, your not going to like what I am saying. You need to use a light color shirt to reflect some of the heat from your body or you will burn again and then talk about pain. As usuall drink plenty of fluids because you loose fluid from your body when you get burns of any type. Be safe.
