Not that rare for multiple choice in college. A good indicator is how you compare to the rest of the class.

A lot of times I was among the first to finish. It's always a good idea to go back and make sure you didn't make any "stupid" mistakes and make sure you answered all the questions.
I would say it's not uncommon for certain people to finish exams quicker than others. Some factors for this include: reading speed & comprehension, knowledge of the material, and writing speed and accuracy. If you read the question once and immediately comprehend it, you'll finish more quickly than those that need to read it multiple times to understand the question. The better you know the material, the sooner you'll know the answer to the question. The quicker you write accurately, the quicker you can write the answer and move on to the next question.
I'm sure there are other factors, but these are some I immediately thought would play a role.

It depends very much on the exam. For basic introductory courses, it's much more likely, and it's also more likely for purely multiple choice exams. I've completed muliple choice exams in 15-20 minutes and got an A on them. It's the essay exams later on in your college career that take longer.

First of all - that was a basic nutrition class, what did you really expect? A three hour final? Second, what college are you going to? At UCSD I had a few finals (calculus etc) that lasted all three hours. I also had a few that were pretty short. It really just depends.

You're just a genious. We all praise you and your intellect.
j/k... Perhaps you have a photographic memory and the answers just seem familiar to you. I got through college without studying for the simple fact that I can remember everything i've seen for around 6 hours.

Depends on the course, subject and the teacher, how the tests are composed, and what your previous experience and knowledge is in the area.
