From what I've heard anything with a 16 or greater spf all do a good job of blocking the sun. Buy the cheapest you can find.

I reccomend P20, you can get it from most chemists. Its more of a fluid than a cream but you only need to put it on once and it lasts all day. And you can get a tan through it

I am assuming you mean sunscreen. If so, then Blue Lizard is the way to go. It is recommended by my dermatologist and I really like it.

to get a nice glowing tan use carrot oil

For total sunblock use SPF60, I have some of that, great stuff.
