That depends on whom you ask. Michael is the only one who's explicitely called an archangel in all versions of the Bible. Most Protestants will tell you two - Michael and Gabriel. Catholics add on a third, Raphael, since he's the Book of Tobit (which the Protestants don't have). Various traditions also include Lucifer, who of course lost his status after the rebellion.
Michael - Jude 1.9
Gabriel - Daniel 8:15-17, Lk 1:19
Raphael - Tobit 12:15
Lucifer - Isaiah 14:12

Michael and Gabriel, but I'm sure there may be much more. Of course lets not forget Lucifer who did not want to bow down to man and disobeyed God and took about 1/4 of the angels with him in a great revolt. Lucifer has since been mans great down-fall.

According to traditional angelology, there were four:
Lucifer
Michael
Gabriel
Raphael
Protestants tend to forget Lucifer, and they used the abridged version of the Bible, so they miss out on Raphael altogether.
