Get it wet, then towel dry it and put gel in it. And then it comes out wet.

Gel. Use a strong-hold gel--it'll be crunchy when it dries, but it'll look wet and shiny. Wash/condition your hair, work in some gel, and don't touch it. If you mess with it before it dries, it'll be frizzy and won't look wet and shiny.

Well, start with damp hair, add as much gel as you think you need (that usually means a ton for me!). I also add a little hairspray 'cause just gel alone doesn't work for my hair.

Well to make it look soft & wet i use herbal essences mouse,vo5 gel & hairspray!!!These product your hair doesn't have to be wet to make it look wet.But you can have it wet & use it!!!Hope this help gorgeous!!

moose it..i dont cause i ahve curly hair..but if you moose your hair and make it look really nice and wavy it'll look wet and amazing
