Liver...soaked in milk and breaded...fried in bacon fat with the onions. Served with mashed potatoes and corn on the cob.
Don't like it? hell...pass your plate over here!

I do! I do! But I rarely have it cuz I can't cook it! I tried to cook it once, and ended up throwing it away and not eating liver and onions again for months and months. Sad but true! I think my mom cooks it the best anyway! :)

Breaded Liver..fried in butter Mashed potatos made with heavy cream instead of milk..Onions and some apple slices fried in butter.Dont forget the HUGE glas of ice cold milk with it!!!!

i can't believe this question! i just finished cooking calves liver and onions, gravy, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. love it, love it!!
