it can be. if you have bad oral health like an infection that puts stress on the body which could elevate your blood pressure.

blood pressure dont usually do much dental symptoms, but severe blood pressure 170/120 and above,make minor periodontal problems, and slight overeruption of teeth, which can be controlled by first controlling blood pressure, second by scaling and root planning every few month, and maintaing good dental hygiene,but it doesnt cause caries or anything like that, its pure soft tissue, but it doesnt cause any great damage

Ok, I am not a doctor, but I have heard that there is a correlation. I don't know what it is, but it is kind of like diabetes and blood circulation to the feet. Google it and see what comes up.
