he tells me he was having sex with other girls and that im a slut and a *****. he calls my friends gay and say they can go to hell with me. he broke up with me to date my best friend. ive told him multiple times to kindly leave me alone, but he wont. even my friends have told him to stop bothering me, yet he tells them to f off and leave him alone or he'll make thier lives living hell.

What I don't get is if he broke up with you to be with your so called best friend, then why is he stalking you, and still trying communicate with you buy upsetting you? Does his new girlfriend or your best friend know about this? Sounds like he has some unresolved feelings for you and is feeling quite bitter.
In case things start to get really bad lik for example, if he starts showing up at your house or starts calling you threatening to hurt you or your family, I would save all his emails, and go down to your local police station to file a report and get a restraining order.
Sorry you have to go through all this and be safe.

Ignore him as much as you can. Don't even open his hate mail. Don't let him contact you in any way. Make sure your friends know what's going on as well as anyone in authority wherever you are (teacher, boss, parents, friends' parents, etc.). Anything he does that makes you feel like you are in danger, call 911 immediately. Even if it turns out to be nothing, if it's ever something you'll have the records of the other times he did something. Good luck!!!

well one he needs to grow up and if i was you and your friends i would not say anything and let him think it don't bother you because it bothers you is why he is still doing it and he is just a big baby that thinks he can do what ever he wants but life don't work that way just act like you don't care and he will stop if he don't and it gets worse keep the mail and turn it over to the police good luck hope everything turns out for you

Man you better watch that psycho. He's probably played way to much Play Station and watched to much MTV Cribs which is why he seems so idiotic now. If he threatens you and you feel that it's not just mere hormonal b.s. then you better let a few people know what's going on. I would not hesitate notifying the authorities not that it is going to do any good; however, there will be something on file if Mr. Fruitcake shows his *** to much.

Go down directly to the police station and file charges against him keep the letters and stuff he is sending you to show them what he is saying and doing.. get a restraining order against him and if you ever see him coming near you call 911 and have him picked up. he will eventually get tired of going to jail or the police will have to do something about him..
but do something now before he does something reallly stupid to you or your friends.

He has some serious issues. Keep ALL of the emails and document ANY OTHER contact you have with him. Go to the police and file a Personal Protection Order, they will serve him the paperwork and any contact with you from them on is an offense he can be ARRESTED FOR.

well he is obviously a gerk off and has no respect for you or your friends.... nice doesn't work with these type of people.... what you can do is there is usually a setting on your email that allows you to block people from emailing you.... if he calls, don't answer... also you should threaten to get a restraining order against him, and if he keeps bothering you, get the restraining order (witch is real easy, you just go to a court and request one), if he violates the restraining they will send him to jail to think about what he has done...... that should take care of him

Take all of the emails to the Courthouse and get a restraining order. They are FREE to get, and only require a court appearance -- no lawyers needed. Then if he continues to bother you, he will go to jail!
The guy is sick and he needs help, but there is nothing you can do to help him. Don't talk about him to friends, but you might want to show your "best friend" what kind of guy he is.

sound as though he has mental issues as well as anger management issues. I would get a restraining warrant and speak with either of his parents that he may be influenced by. If that doesn't help get a bigger boyfriend and let him kick his A** sounds as though he needs some schooling from someone. Obviously his father didn't teach him to respect young ladies. It's best you got away from this psycho-abusive punk anyway.
