There is a great book from Ray Foley called Bartending for Dummies. Awesome Book! I got some great Ideas from it.
If you want to know some of my favorite, "Fruity Drinks"
All time favorite
"Grape Nehi" Pronounced "knee high"
use a pint glass full of ice
equal parts like 1 oz of each
Southern Comfort
Creme de Noyaux (it is a red almond flavored liquor)
Blue Curacao (obviously blue, orange flavored liquor)
then fill the rest of the glass with equal parts of Sour and sprite. Shake it up and drink.
The drink will be Purple and Delicious.
My 2nd favorite is called a "Nuts and Berries".
Again in a pint glass full of ice
about 2 Oz Frangelica (or cheaper Hazelnut liquor)
and 2 Oz Chambord (or cheaper Black Rasberry liqour)
usually I add a little Vodka, anything will work, maybe 2 oz
and then fill the rest of the glass with Half and Half.
Shake and drink, So Freakin! good!!!
Okay one more,
This is a Shot called an "Undercurrent"
in A Martini Glass
Mix 1 oz Blue Curacao
w/splash of Sour and 1oz Vodka in a shaker with ice and shake to chill then,
pour into martini glass
Then pour 1 oz of Chambord down side of glass so the it goes to the bottom of the martini glass.
This drink tastes great and is beautiful! you almost don't want to drink it.
If you need anymore idea's or cheaper drinks email me.

Gotta make the classic margarita with good tequila, like Don Julio Blanco(silver), or Chinaco Repassado:
Put in shaker:
2 Ounces tequila
1/2 ounce agave nectar added to 1/2 ounce water (look in the honey and syrup section of Whole Foods)
1 Ounce Orange Liqueur (like Contrenau; keep it in the freezer)
Squeeze one standard lime or two Key limes
Ice
Shake well
Some folks like salt on the glass. Spread some sea salt on a plate. Run the cut lime around the rim of the glass and press the rim onto the plate to pick up some salt.
Pour the drink into the glass, and prepare to
Enjoy!

they call this fruity pebbles, and you canhardly taste the alcohol in it. all you'll taste is the orange and pineapple juice.
3 1/2 oz vodka
1 oz liqueur
2 oz orange juice
2 oz pineapple juice
Mix ingredients in a martini shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into glass of choice - martini or margarita preferably. This really does taste like fruity pebbles. The above ought to make 1 large drink or two medium sized drinks.

I know EXACTLY what you want. I recommend a Jackermeister; equal parts Jack Daniels and Jagermeister over ice. Very feminine, pretty color, light, fruity, just a little sweet, and you can barely taste the alcohol, if you can taste it at all. I don't know anyone who has ever gotten a hangover from one, either.

Flaming Dr.Pepper- Take a shot glass mostly full of amoretto, add a tiny bit of Bacardi 151 to the top of the glass, light the 151 on fire and drop the shot glass into a mug of beer (8 to 12 ounces) and chug! Believe it or not, it tastes exactly like Dr.Pepper (so if you don't like Dr.Pepper, you won't like this!)
WARNING: be careful when pouring the 151 not to get it down the side of the shot glass, on the counter, and especially not on yourself; when you light the top of the shot glass, it will also light everything else that the 151 got on.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cement Mixer- pour half a shot of Bailey's and half a shot of lime juice into separate shot glasses. Take the Bailey's in your mouth (but don't swallow) and then take the lime juice in your mouth and then swish them together in your mouth for about 30 seconds before swallowing. This will create a sensation that you surely will not soon forget!

4 oz Cranberry juice
1 oz Vodka
Twist of Lime.
Serve chilled in a martini glass.. Garnish the glass with a slice of lime.
And this is always good.....
4 oz Orange juice
1 oz vodka
Serve in the cocktail glass of your choice and garnish with a slice of fresh orange.
I'm not a big drinker, but i do enjoy these two drinks. Very tasty and not too strong.

I like white Creme de Menthe and soda. It just tastes minty, and no alcohol taste. You could also try Creme de Menthe. It's green, but I think it has a stronger flavor than white. Actually, it's an old remedy I use. I was getting a lot of upset stomachs, and someone to me to try it. I did, and it worked.
