I am exercising between 4 and 5 hours everyday. When I look in the mirror, I see someone who is too fat, even though I am 5 feet 1 inch and weigh around 90pounds. Please help me find help!

You need to look for an eating disorder program in your community. There are inpatient and outpatient programs that have been quite successful. A good program will address the physical aspects of your disease, as well as the emotional aspects.

Good luck!

First place to go for help: your doctor. Ask for a referral to someone who can help you overcome your bulemia. There is help out there, and you can get over it with that help. It will take a lot of hard work, though.
