Has anyone ordered from this website? What were your experiences with the quality & service of the items. I'm looking to purchase the "Rana" chaise lounge and if anyone has this item, please let me know if it's comfortable, worth the money. I also want to know if the swatches of color they show on the site are true to the real thing. Any and all info would be appreciated.

I have used them to purchase area rugs, furniture, outdoor items and lighting. I have found them to be of high qualitiy, they have great prices and great customer service. Their colors are pretty accurate, particularly on the area rugs. They used to send swatches of fabric upon request, but I don't know whether they still do.
