B. The view where all people get to go regardless of belief as long as they are righteous.
C. The view where the enlightened get to go and those that aren't are made to repeat life until they become enlightened
D. The view where there are several levels of Heaven for people to represent the several levels of righteousness.

I would say D sounds right to me. A is totally not the answer.
