I'm only 5 feet tall but I've always had a curvy body (full front, full back) and have had a little extra weight, now that I'm determined to get into shape, I'm afraid I will lose my curves. I really dont want to be short and curveless, does anyone have any advice, excercise tips?

As long as you eat healthy, and exercise regularly you will not lose your curves. You will just slim down, best to tone up, don't use weights until you lose all your weight then use light weights to tone you up not bulk you up.

hi! i'm the comparable height and weigh a sprint better than you. i'm curvy, have boobs and biggish thighs. i think of maximum men like medium curvy women via fact noone needs to sleep with and grab a skeleton (in straightforward terms individuals that are fashions and circulate out with fashions) and massive women would be beautiful too yet possibly undesirable via fact they dont do adequate workout and consume too plenty junk. the main tasty factor some woman to men (from all the lads I certainly have talked to) is they look after themselves, aren´t afraid to consume, and are beneficial the way they're. in case you elect to lose a sprint weight, i might in straightforward terms lose 3-4 pounds via fact after which you will start to lose your womanly curves. i've got self assurance chuffed having a sprint bit fat on me so which you may sense content textile the way you're too. and that i'm beneficial you seem large besides. And continuously remember, don´t ever drop some pounds for a guy, drop some pounds for your self. men that don´t locate you beautiful are the two idiots or assholes and not well worth understanding. desire that facilitates! Bye darling! x

When you get to the comfortable, healthy weight goals you've set, then change your exercise routine to less aerobics to more muscle building. You will get plenty of aeerobics in your warm ups. Even then, concentrate on those muscles you'd like to see stronger.

Lady, I am so with you on the advantages of a curvey body. Most of the Hollywood starlets are much to thin for my tastes. No way would I ever consider straying from my curvey wife, but my eyes still find their way around dangerous curves anywhere near. My eyes help keep my happy. Curvey women keep my eyes happy.

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

hey hun...im only 4'11 and i do cardio and some weight training and i am loosing the fat and keeping the lean muscle (make sure you get plenty of protein to feed those muscles to help burn the fat) the thing is you wont loose any of your curves by working out or even by using weights....they dont get rid of the curves....they simply accentuate the curves you all ready have....so keep up the good work curvy momma!....love daisy

from my experience running too much will make you loose your butt. but i was running over 2 miles a day about 4 to 5 times a week. and at times over 3 miles. its a lot of running and i started loosing everything. so what worked best for me for my upper body is lifting weights (for tonning), my arms are real tight, and running but i dont run as much now its a little over a mile about 3 to 4 times a week along with ab workouts.

look at beyonce. she works out but still has curves. so i suggest that you can look online and see what she does. but you probrably would want to strength train more than cardio, so that you can add muscle and not lose too much of your curves.
