Yogurt, fruit, or a breakfast bar. I keep plastic spoons at work to eat my yogurt with.

it would probably depend on the environment. Is it a large or small office? Are they laid back or strict?
My office is small and pretty laid back. I rotate what I eat in the morning. We have our own kitchen with a fridge, toaster, and microwave so it's a little easier.
Some times I'll cut up some fruit or have a yogurt. I also make some instant oatmeal...brown sugar is good with cut up bananas. I also make an english muffin with butter or peanut butter.

Instant Oatmeal!!!! A lot of vitamins and it tastes great too.
Then top it off with a banana and vitamin water.

Eating a good breakfast instead of fat and calories infested foods are good to start a new day and your mind.

A box of cereal and soy milk. Keep a plastic bowl and spoon handy. Quick, tasty, and healthy. Add fruit too and lots of water.

Instant oatmeal w/a dash of cinnamon & sweet n low. followed by a banana and decafe coffee! can be heated up with more water if i get called into a meeting. holds me to lunch & is easy to eat.

INSTANT OATMEAL OR GRITS IS WHAT I BRING TO THE OFFICE EVERYDAY. THE COFFE POT HAS A HOT SPOUT SO I JUST MIX IT IN A STYROFOAM CUP AND EAT THAT AT MY DESK. BANANAS ARE ALSO FAST AND EASY TO EAT ON THE GO! I USUALLY KEEP A FEW HEALTHY GRANOLA BAR SNACKS AT MY DESK TOO! I DONT WANT TO BE SITTING AT MY DESK ALL DAY EATING FATTING FOODS BECAUSE SITTING JUST MAKES IT HARDER TO BURN OFF LATER.

Muffins are always popular. Lots of mixes, lots of recipes.

Another one that's been popular at breakfast potlucks is chorizo con juevos, rolled into small tortillas, and then cut into finger-food size chunks.
