I'm a pretty funny guy, but I want to make the entire speech like a comedy act. I can probably do it if I can find a way to start off. I'm running for vice president btw.

get a bunch of political jokes, one liners...
like,,, look at your opponent and say, you sir are no john kerry. do it while holding up a toy boat... (swift boat reference)
start off by saying I HAVE A DREAM (martin luther reference) then go on to explain your dream is you in a pool with blue turtles or something.

get the current swearing in speech, and say it so you're already sworn in to be president of the USA.
bring a puppet.
bring 2 puppets.
call everyone Bruce, i mean EVERYONE.
do the whole thing in a german accent, imitate hitler..
do the whole thing in drag.

oh ya, offer autographs. charge for them, saying the money is to help bail out your opponent from his latest crime spree.
