After a relationship you feel somewhat more free. If it doesn't involve too much emotion problems to go through.
After a while being single can bother a lot. We're not meant to live alone. At least I believe so. Or should I say I "hope" so :)
Anyway, there are times I question why the hell am I passing my time alone. When I have many things to offer and share, want and need etc.
Mostly in the first ones of these questioning sessions it's natural to go back and analyze the previous relationship(s). How good or bad it would turn out if you guys went on with the relationship.
Well then I guess we learn, grow up just a little bit more and go on with our search for better territories.
Cheers

Well I have been single for about 5 years now and honestly, all these 5 years have not been by choice. Sometimes I have dated guys that I have wanted more from who didn't want more. The one thing that's good about being single is that often times, the grass looks greener on the other side. All of my friends are in relationships...but the majority of them are not happy in their relationships. So just because someone is in a relationship, doesn't mean they are better off than a single person.
But that also works both ways for those that are actually in a good relationship.

I love everything about being single. Im 23 years old and there are many diffrent types of women I havent even met yet. I want to explore all my options before I settle down. So Im sure I know what I like in a woman before I make a big mistake of getting married to someone I cant stand. The thing I like most about being single is meeting new people, flirting and not having to worry if your Girlfriend saw you starring at that girl. Im a very attractive guy so that whole lonley thing never comes my way. Even if I tell achick I meet Im lonely they nomally dont belive me.

I have been singled for awhile now. I love it very much, I don't have to answer to anyone about anything. It is a blessing in the sky. Sometimes it can be boring, but I like it anyway.

The freedom! Not having to worry about someone else. If you want to go out, you can you don't have to tell anyone. You also don't have to worry about what that other one is doing while he's not with you.

I'm very independent. I don't like anyone being in charge of my life, and even the nicest men feel the need to do that--sometimes. I will eventually get married.

Well, let's see, you can spend time where you like, when you like, with whoever you like. And most of all, you get to love everyone equally without lusting after anyone. Which is a really beautiful feeling...

i have to agree with you.... i like being single for the fact that i dont have to deal with someone else, no one wants to argue with me about stupid sh*t, i can do what i want when i want, we dont have to talk about feelings all the freakin time! (thats a guy-ish thing to say, but its true), things and life are just easy...... you can't beat that

all these answers sound great but it sure is nice to have someone to put your leg on when its time to snuggle up and go to sleep. cuddling a lay is just not the same.
