If you go to www.foodtv.com they should have what you may be looking for. An internet search under "Infused oils" is the keyword to go with.
Beware though, leaving garlic in oil after a time breeds a bacteria that will make you ill. Garlic oil must be used in a short period of time. Try taking several springs of rosemary and placing them in a bottle with oilve oil. That lasts abit longer.

Well you want to make a infusion, I love garlic flavored oil. Just get some good quality olive oil(NEVER SKIMP OR BE CHEAP) on ingredients You will notice. Put the olive oil in a pan and just let it heat thru and slice up some garlic in put it in. Don't let the garlic brown or burn you will get a bitter taste not good trust me lol Just let sit in the warm oil for a little bit.
Get a nice jar like the ones you see at the store with the oil in it. Take some peeled garlic cloves and drop them in the bottom of the jar, Now this is what I do but its up to choice but I strain the olive oil while I'm putting in the jar, Like i said its up to choice you can leave the sliced garlic in if you want too.
The longer you let is sit, The better it gets. Kinda like a fine wine.

A hint, if you are using garlic or onion - roast them first you get much more flavor.
Orange Tarragon is really good, use sprigs of Tarragon and dehydrated orange slices (they should be able to be dried in the oven, you just don't want to add water into the oil).
Use olive oil, very lightly flavored, add the spices, ingredients, it should be OK after a few days, a week is better.

It's a process called infusing. One way to infuse oil with garlic is to chop up the garlic and cook it in oil over medium heat. The flavor of the garlic will be released into the oil. Hence, it will be garlic oil.
I found an article about infusing that I pasted below.
Good luck!

trial and error. Start messing with spices around your house and soak them in olive oil. Pepper, salt, garlic cloves, oregano, basil, etc...Mix until you find one you like.
