I am expecting my 3rd child. My first two are in boosters seats. They are not big enough to sit w/o them. I'd like to drive a reasonably sized car (I have a minivan but parking it can be hell). Is there a non-huge car out there that can actually accomodate one infant seat and two boosters across the back seat?

I am asked this questions at least once a month by wonderful parents like you. I sell Fords.
You can get 3 seats across in an Explorer, but many of my customers have opted to try a different approach.
Look at a Freestyle. There different seat configurations in this vehicle that may be more versatile for your future needs, with a growing family you may want to consider that .( Also better fuel economy than an Explorer )
Bring the car seats and/or a tape measure with you when you test drive,

If your in Chicagoland, contact me , if not call your local Ford dealership & ask to speak to a 'Master Certified' sales person.
That way you will be talking to someone who has taken the time & effort it takes to take all the product tests & exams.
instead of getting some one who is new to the business & doesn't know how to meet you & your family needs.

Hope this helps.

There are so many cars that accomplish that feat that I am going to quit typing now. Pretty much any non "sub compact" car will tackle that goal with ease!!!
