I take leftover sauce and put it in a freezer container and freeze until later. If I've had a stressful day and have no clue what I'm gonna make for dinner i just come home thaw the sauce and made fresh pasta. Make a salad and garlic bread and dinner is on the table in no time.
I have a nice dinner with little effort and plenty of time left to spend time with my family.

I love my pita pizzas. I use left over spagetti sauce and i get whole wheat pita bread. I dont open them, instead I cover the top with the sauce, then a little bacon or some other meat like leftover chicken and some fresh cheese and put them under the broiler.. they are great little pita pizzas. You can use any other toppings that you like, I have used asparagus, chicken, peperoni aple and onion combo. I like to experiment with foods and flavors, but the little pizzas make a great and FAST addition to your recipe library. Not to forget , they are healthy

I found a great way to use the extra sauce and it was very quick and past the taste test of my 3 young grand kids, age 9,11& 12 (picky eaters)
1. All you need is bread veal cutlets/ breaded chicken cutlet.
2. place in a baking dish cover with a slice of mozerrla cheese.
3. cover with a small amount of spaghetti sauce.
place in preheated over @350 degrees and bake 10 to 15 minutes.
serve with a toss salad and veggie and you are set to go.
The cutlets are pre cooked and only need to be heated. if you are really pressed for time you can put them in the microwave for about 2-3 minutes and get the same results.

Put in on a pizza. Or
Mix together some cooked chicken (or other meat) and some broccoli (or other vegetable) and then pour the sauce over it, sprinkle with shredded cheese, stick it under the broiler till the cheese melts and enjoy.

my ex would make bread pizza. Slap the sauce on bread top with pepperoni and throw in the oven at 400 for 10 min.
My current boyfriend uses it with macaroni noodles& some cheese to make cheesy beefaroni.
If you use the kind with burger, you can always just add more burger and make sloppy joes as well.
Hope this helps.

You could always use the leftover sauce for dipping breadsticks in at a later meal. You could also use it for sloppy joes. Hope that helps.

pita pizza
take a pita, spread sauce, sprinkle cheese, add toppings. Bake in oven(350 degrees) for about 10 minutes.
You can also do the same thing with english muffins instead of pita.
