ACTUALLY it was a westen union wireman in the early 1890's who went to the Apache Tribe to set a Telegraph Line in the Chief's outhouse,,,,First man to wire a-head for a reservation,,,, he brought toilt paper

It was actually my great-great grandfather Victor Worthington Turd who started the phenomenon in the late 1700's
he lived in Turdtown, CT at the time
