I make an Italian pasta salad. It's really easy and is always a hit .
1 bag of cooked tri-color pasta
1 jar of marinated artichoke hearts
pepperoni and salami (diced)
olives
small container of feta cheese.
Toss all the ingredient together in a large bowl and chill before serving.
The liquid the artichoke hearts are in makes a great dressing so you don't have to dirty up more dishes making a dressing.
The flavors in this salad are really awesome . Really good on a hot summer day.

Spaghetti Salad 1 box Angel Hair Pasta Fresh Summer Veggies of your choice Carrots, zucchini, tomato, onion, cucumber, celery, bell peppers. Which ever you prefer. Cubed ham or Sliced pepperoni Shredded cheese Olives either black or green Cook pasta with a table spoon of ITALIAN SEASONING. While pasta is cooking, chop your veggies. I especially like colorful ones. When pasta is cooled, drain and rinse with cold water. Place in large bowl and toss in veggies, ham or pepperoni, olives and cheese. Dress with the ITALIAN DRESSING of your choice. This is even better when refrigerated over night. Since there is no mayo, it is awesome as a summer picnic salad.

Pasta With Tomatoes, Green Beans & Feta Recipe
1 1/2 lbs. ripe tomatoes, seeded and diced
2 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste, plus 1 T. salt for pasta water
1 2 T. olive oil, or to taste
1 2 t. balsamic vinegar, or to taste (optional)
2 T. chopped fresh chives
1 T. slivered or chopped fresh basil
2 oz. feta cheese, crumbled (about 1/2 C.)
3/4 lb. pasta (fusilli, rigatoni, farfalle or penne)
1/2 lb. green beans, trimmed and broken in half
Start a large pot of water to boil with 1 T. salt. While water heats, toss tomatoes with garlic, salt, pepper, oil, herbs and vinegar (if using) in a pasta bowl. Add feta. Let sit at room temperature 15 minutes or longer. Taste and adjust seasonings.
Add pasta to boiling water. Cook 5 minutes. Add beans. Keep cooking until pasta is al dente, firm to the bite (see cooking time on package). Drain, toss with tomato mixture and serve.
The tomato mixture, without the herbs, can be made hours ahead. Hold in or out of the refrigerator, but let it come to room temperature before adding herbs and tossing with cooked pasta.
Serves: 4

Yep! I got this from a friend of mine, who said she got it from the Miracle Whip website...
Make 1 box of Mac & Cheese as stated on the box
When mixed, add 1/2 c diced tomatoes (I use roma tomatoes), 1/2 cub diced Cucumbers, and 1/2 c Miracle whip. Mix well, chill and serve.
I hate raw tomatoes, but in this salad.....Yummee!!!

What could be easier?
1 16 oz. box or bag of pasta (your choice) cooked and drained.
Your choice:
Shredded carrots
Diced celery, onions, green peppers, radishes, or any other
raw veggie of choice
or
Open and rinse a bag of mixed veggies or dice up or cut-up any left-over veggies you have in the fridge. Or use drained canned veggies or beans.
add (if desired - any or all)
Chopped egg
Drained tuna
Drained canned chicken
Left-over meat, poultry, or chicken, diced or chopped
Shredded cheese
Small shrimp or chopped shrimp, fake crab, or flake left-over fish
In other words, add whatever your heart desires
Mix in whatever bottled dressing that you prefer and mix well and chill. (I like Paul Neuman's Orginal).
Optional, if you have fresh herbs chop and add before serving. I LOVE cilantro, globe basil and chopped garlic chives.
If I am in a crunch I may use a bag of thawed mixed veggies, a can of drained and flaked canned chicken, a package of shredded cheese, finely diced onions, and red and green peppers finely diced. I would mix in a bottle of Paul Neuman's Orignal Dresseding, globe basil leaves, chopped garlic chives and cilantro or parsley. Yum!
Chill and serve.....enjoy!
