I think it is, if it's done right. Like Ferggie (sp) from Black Eyed Peas wears it well. I think the right person can pull it off. Just my opinion! :)

It sure is and it will continue to be a bit more popular next season. Obviously by the sound of some of these answers, i don't think people understand the idea of retro chic. The Fall '06 is filled with classic Mod style accents.
