break off with a Perfect guy who wants marriage just because youre only 20 yrs old and think thats is too young...? Is it just dumb to leave such a great relationship simply bc of some misunderstandgins, and just party it up in college? Date a whole bunch of other guys, who are so not even half way to his level and dont want anything to do w his kind of seriousness... What if nothing better ever comes along... Am I right that its too young and I should keep looking, or am I throwing it away and should have just done everything possible to save it? only 20 !

Don't look at it as throwing anything away. At 20 years old you have more than ample time to finish college and learn a little about life. I applaud your thinking and admire your looking ahead to the future. Sounds to me like his major concern is not getting what he wants. If he is truly interested in you and wanting a future together he should be able to wait until after college at least and be certain you are both right for each other.

You make your choice and pay your dues either way. You're at one of those forks in your life you will always look back on and wonder about the other path. You want to look back and say to yourself that you made the best decision you could at the time. It helps console if nothing else.
On another note, age is just a number, but know that the older you get the more the best options are taken and the harder it is - harder every year. The right person doesn't just keep coming along time after time. Personally I look back and kick myself for wasting the chances I had at that age!
Good luck

Yes, it is stupid. If you are truly happy with this guy right now and have no reason to break it off with him other than your wanting to "soil your wild oats", then you need to re-evaluate your priorities.

If you think it's stupid, then it is. If you don't think so, then it's not.
