Right... depending on what kind. But it should be fine... seaweed, fish, and rice.

sushi is very very good for you. Lean meat is low in calories. Stick with nigiri or mostly sashimi. The rolls tend to have too much rice and hence more calories. Sashimi is definately low in calories and high in protein and excellent for dieting.

Sushi may be very healthy - if you wish to stick within the parameters of the eating regimen you could have outlined above - ask them to exchange the white rice with brown rice. Most sushi eating places will do that for you (there's customarily a fifty cent to greenback upcharge for it though).

Sushi is great when dieting. Sashimi (raw fish without the rice) is even better!

sashimi would be a better choice....
sushi is ok but you would have to choose which kind and you would have to reduce the amount of rice...
this is why sashimi might be better.. stick with the salmons, tunas and other fish...
make sure you balance your diet out with fruits and vegetables too..
good luck!

I think sushi is pretty low cal, with rice, seweed and a small protion of fish. and it is healthy and will keep you full. I think for like 8 slices it could not be more thatn like 400.

Some fish are more fatty than others. Plus, be careful of your rice intake; you might want to stick with sashimi.
