Dont confuse the meaning of the word faith with knowlege.

Faith means to place all of you in the will of God, when you speak of faith in God. You cannot have faith in both God and the devil. That would be serving two masters and God will not allow that.

Luke 16:13 No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

You have faith in God and serve Him. and still have the knowledte that satan is on your heels. Good cannot exist without evil, until God destroys evil, when He destroys this earth by fire.

James 2:19 says, "You believe that there is one God; you do well; the devils also believe, and tremble". God gives you the faith to believe in Him. The devils already know He exists, and have the intelligence to tremble. If even the devils tremble...well, it's worth thinking about, huh? Unfortunately, there are people calling themselves Christians who don't believe in demons or Satan. But, they don't know their Bible. If they read it, they would find out some very surprising things concerning demons and Satan. I would encourage all Christians to start reading their Bibles on a daily basis. Don't depend on others to "feed" you. Feed yourselves. Get yourself a concordance and start looking up words like faith, believe, devils, and grace. If you treat the Bible as food, only relying on "eating" it once a week, that would make you one "weak" Christian. Think about it. <*)))><

Yeah basically if you believe in God most likely you do or have to believe that the devil exists, I mean a lot of people explain the opponent to God as the devil and the reason why we do some stupid stuff so yeah if you believe in God you automatically believe in the devil!

No. I don't believe in the devil. I think that was invented by the Catholic church to use to scare people. I don't believe that an all loving God would punish people. I think another reason that people believe in the devil is so they'll have someone to blame things on. What about free will? If God gives us free will, why would we have Satan and have to pick between the two? That's not free will, that's blackmail.

Oh it is obvious too that the devil exists. The devil is like a roaring lion, the Bible says, seeking whom he may devour.

It is satan who prevents people from believing in God. Satan is the father of lies.

You only have to look around in the world to see the evidence of him.

Devils and Satan are Christian products. I believe in an all encompassing god but not in a devil or satan. I think everyone has the capability to do evil, what counts is whether you do or not.

That is the way most people see it. Some also believe that instead of the devil or hell per say, that we put ourselves through our own hell with negativity and bad doing. There is no right or wrong, just opinions.

Ambrose Bierce, a 19th century writer, observed that believing in a powerful God and believing in a powerful Devil is actually a form of Poly-Theism (believing in more than one god).

We know that devils exists, because the Bible tells us they do.
