Depends on what you really want:
If you are looking for a more US-oriented culture, more $$$ andkind of superficial life I would say CANADA as is pretty similar to U.S.
If you are looking for better weather, nicer and happier people, better food choose MEXICO besides I think that
culturally would be better for you as Mexico´s culture is far more interesting. Canada is a beautiful country too but it is too similar to the U.S. Good Luck!!!

Canada, because it's more like the US than Mexico. Still, Canada is a stinking cesspool of liberalism, but that beats the swirling, drainage field-bound vortex of corrupt sewage known as Mexico.

There would be no other consideration but Canada. Their culture is closer to ours than Mexico's (I would feel more at home). Canada has modern and advanced medical facilities, public safety services, lower unemployment rate, lower crime rate, Un corrupt government, the list goes on and on and on. I do not think that it would be a huge difference in lifestyle other than Canada does not like us.

Canada, its cooler, I speak the language (as long as I stay out of Quebec) and its a nicer country.
Most of Mexico is a third world country. Some of the tourist spots are nice but most of it is pretty bad. And the government is a bunch of thugs.

Well, with the draconian immigration laws Mexico has, I'd stand a better chance getting into Canada ... :)

Canada. Got family that lives there. So that would be cool to live near family. Plus its a beautiful country. And there is SNOW!!!
Im from Florida, so I don't see snow often. Only 3 times in my life time. :( So yeah, I would totally move to a colder place!
Montreal or Vancouver!
