It is neither. It is observation. Its not infatuation, you need to have some involvement with a person to become infatuated with them. Love it can not be. It could be love of the way a person lokks, acts, smiles, dresses, attitude..... The answer to your question; it is simply a visual observation- what you feel could be felt without even seeing the person, it could be a written description and then, would you love 'em or be infatuated. Probably!

Yes. I honestly do believe you can instantly love someone...I have children and the moment I saw them...boom...it was love.
