Although the bible teaches the principle of headship by the man in a successful relationship, it also says to treat your spouse as you would yourself. Treat them as a weaker vessel, not meaning inferior rather more valueable, as you would treat a wine glass with gentler hands than a water glass.
Women need to be respected.

meridith...how can you say that kinda of trash. men pay for every thing...what a load of shi7. i was married to a man who left me with 3 kids never paid any maintenance not even buy his kids clothes nothing. hes still with the girl he left me for and has 4 kids with her. ive always fully supported my kids. ive a 4 bed house do my own decor gardening. and the list goes on and on..so dont tell me men pay for every thing
some are completly useless...oh sorry lets get back to the question. i think life would be a lot happier if these statements were true. if men see things this way. and realy explains love down to a t...well on how it should be...i like it.

Oh please. Women just want a man for his money. Once that is gone, she will be too. If God is counting tears he has run out of numbers for the tears I have shed. No sympathy here, girly!

That is so totally sweet, and so true. Though some women do go after a man's money, I know most of them don't, I happen to be one of them.

I have read that before... It is one of the most beauiful ways to describe women... Just too bad most men dont see us that way, they want to take advantage of us any way they can.... I think young men should be given this by their parents before they ever start dating.
