No, no, no, no nononono.
You can not spot reduce. You can lose weight by burning fat stores and eating balanced meals 4-6 times a day (small meals) and doing high intensity cardio exercise.

Yes, you will lose weight (assuming you do not increase eating, and all other variables stay the same). The problem is you will not lose it in your stomach alone. Fat burns evenly in the body, which means that your stomach will NOT get all the benefit of your exercise. Instead, the fat will reduce by the calories burned, evenly throughout your body.

If you are flabby, you probably need to do excercises that will fight to reduce the overall body fat. Working on your stomach only while you have hanging triceps and spiky "love handles" wont really help. Try running, it reduces the whole body fat, not selectively. Then when you feel lighter, you can then concerntrate on one part, but still running coz the tendency would be to pack the fat back.

As long as you are burning more calories than you are taking in (eating) you will loose weight - no matter the kind of exercise. So - do something fun that you enjoy for your form of exercise!

no, you need to burn fat in order to lose any stomach you have. Doing stomach exercises will definitely work those muscles, but if they are wrapped in a layer of fat, they will never be seen

No. Weight loss involves burning more calories via exercise than you consume.

No.. even when it comes to abs..diet is more imporant than even sit-upps/crunches. You need to change your diet.
if the exercise is burning lots of calories then maybe. The key to weight lost is to expend more calories than you consume

if you excersize reguraly it does not matter what type of excersize you do you will lose weight. It is not the excersize itself that makes you lose weight it is the fact that your metabolism speeds up when you excersize reguraly.
So basically do any excersize reguraly and you will loose weight.
