With over 12 million illegals in this country, your call to report one is going to fall on deaf ears.
Your best bet is the next time you witness physical abuse, call 911 and report it. Domestic violence is against the law. The police will respond to that call, arrest him and find out he's illegal. What they do with him after that, I just don't know. So many of them are "catch and release".

you know just because he marries her he cant get his residency, thats a myth that everyone one thinks is true, but so not true. too give you an exact # I need to know what state you live in, but if he gets deported he'll probably be back in 5 days, thats usually how long it takes for them to get back, then he'll be pissed cause u turned him in!

Phone the Police and ask them not to mention your name,that way the Police can go to where they are and take them somewhere to be deported.
