There's quite a few. Try vanilla fat-free yogurt, or low-fat peanuts. Try even mixed dried fruit. They typically have dried bananas, raisins, apricots. A moderate quantity keeps you right in range of your diet.

Pine nuts are another good high protein snack. They do have a high-fat content, so you only want to eat a small quantity.

*One of my personal favorites (w/blender). 2 scoops of whey protein powder, 1/4 cup blueberries, 1/8 cup dried oats, 1-2 tblspoons peanut butter. Throw in 8 oz water, and a few ice cubes, blend/mix...great energy boosting afternoon snack.

It depends on the diet. If you are counting fat grams, then you could have pretzels but if you are counting carbs, DON'T eat pretzels. It makes a difference. You need to be a little more specific. Otherwise, fruit, fruit and more fruit (buy some Imodium LOL).

Not so sure about filling you up but whenever I want to lose weight I eat sunflower seeds and coffee all day cuz it keeps my hands busy and I'm stuffing something in my mouth so I think I'm eating.

Otherwise fruits and vegetables. Plain.

Fresh crunchy vegies because the chewing is satisfying and you can get filled up without hardly any calories. They aren't all as boring as celery and carrots. Try different ones.

If you are allowing yourself carbs....I would get some fat free/light popcorn. Look at the serving size though before you buy. Maybe even some of those snack size bags. Yum!

the strawberry flavored sugar free jello are my favorite and only 10 calories. the 100 calorie packs are good. drink lots of water as a filler. and coffee suppresses the appetite!

Fruit always help to fill you up.

An apple has only about ninety calories, so if you skip a small part of your meal tonight you're losing nothing. (I.e. have fewer mashed potatoes or cut something starchy)
