If you want your passwords immediately then yes loginrecovery.com does charge a fee however they do have a free service which can take a couple of days before they send you your password(s)

From loginrecovery.com:

A free low priority service is provided which can take up to two working days to process passwords. If you wish immediate access to the passwords, a priority service is available for a fee of GBP 10.00 + VAT (approx USD 20.81 or EUR 17.15). (Fee introduced to cover costs of the dedicated server farm)

There is no easy way to decrypt the passwords yourself without the dedicated software that they use.

If you need to get into the systems the password(s) are for immediately then try out this boot disk (CD or floppy):

http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd/

It's free but it WILL NOT tell you the current password(s) but it will reset them to password(s) of your choice.

I dont understand. Do you have files in the disk that require a password? I dont think you can set a password on floppy disks, so did you set passwords on the file themselves that are in your floppy disk?

You didn't say what program or what type of files your passwords are contained... Bottom line, need more information...
