Perhaps you don’t know much about the biology of sex; A woman has a greater investment, in sex, than a man (due the possibility of pregnancy). And therefore has the greater veto power. Also the woman ultimately determines who will mate with her, not the man.

In my experience, women that I dated, always determined when, and where, I was going to have sex with them.

Also because US society has a double standard, where it is OK for men to be promiscuous, but women are still considered "damaged goods" and that no one will marry us if WE are.

Because they use sex as a barganing chip for marriage or "serious" relationships, or they just plain don't like you but they like what you do for them in a non sexual way. In other words you are being used.
