If you don't know what it is, you don't need it. My brother uses it for design. He does some designing at work, but has used it many times at home where he designed then built an entertainment wall in his home, an outside deck, a pad & fence for an outside pool, a playground for his kids, an office in the basement, and a bedroom in the basement for his little son. It is computer-aided-design.
