No!
You have to study in all the subjects that will be on the tests.
Reading the dictionary will definately help you with the vocabulary part though

No, reading the dictionary is a complete waste of time. Unless you plan to memorize and be able to use every word in the dictionary, the minimal amount that you would be able to remeber would probably be useless. Try going to the local library, or bookshops. They wlll have a ton of books to help prepare you not only to have the knowledge, but the way the questions work. SAT's have a system, a pattern if you will. These books will tell you what to do in the event that you do not know what the answer is. (And no, it isn't guess)

it wont hurt, but your time would be better spent getting a SAT study book that has practice tests in it. It will also give you test taking tips to help you score better.
Also there's not much math in the dictionary. A study book will have all the sections. The best way to practice for something is to get as close to the real thing as possible.

These types of tests have several parts. The dictionary MAY help you with the vocabulary section, but what about math, reading comprehension, scientifc reasoning, etc?

I suppose it could randomly help, but it's more likely to bore you to death. A good thing to study is a book on word roots, prefixes and suffixes. If you understand the basic word structures, you're better able to suss out the meaning of some of those really bizarre words. Good luck!

No way, unless you really have no life. I would suggest getting the SAT vocab books (which you can also buy at the bookstore): http://www.sparknotes.com/satfiction/
