Actually, there was just recently a documentary about this on A&E. The majority of drugs coming into this country do come in through mexico. The documentary was set in El Paso, TX, which is pretty much the same town as Juarez, Mexico. The only thing that separates them is the Rio Grande. The DEA doesn't have enough agents to stop all the drugs coming in from Mexico. Some do come up through Florida, and others from ships coming in from overseas, but most of them do come from Mexico.

Not all those illegals are from Mexico - just the largest percentage of them. A lot come from further down in Central America - countries such as Nicaragua etc. But, don't let anyone fool you - the Mexican Mafia is big on handling drugs in this country.

You're not wrong -- a lot of the world's cocaine and marijuana are grown and produced in Columbia. A lot of illegal drugs come into the U.S. from Mexico because the Border Patrol can't watch every last bit of the Mexican border from Texas to California 24/7, so criminals use it as a major "entrance" into our country for illegal drugs.

Drugs, people, and other contraband can easily come thru Mexico. I saw that movie, you should watch HumanTrafficking from lifetime. On there they snuck some of their kidnapped victims and slaves thru Mexico. So either way, we need to better secure our Mexican border.

the colombians make the drugs and sell it to the mexicans, the mexicans sell it to the americans, also some goes to cuba and from cuba it comes to florida. tho the actual amount smuggled in isnt really known, 90% is confiscated before it reaches the streets, but yet, 40% actually reaches the streets and is used. mostly, i think the DEA sells the drugs over again, then, makes more and more busts over and over, and sells the same drugs over and over,
