if you drink chamomile tea it will calm you and make relax you so maybe you can drink a cup of that before bed....

Let your doctor know of your addiction. Maybe have somebody come over and make sure you don't take pills for sleep. Eventually you'll get to sleep. If that doesn't work, I don't know what to tell you.

I have that same problem. not the pill problem, but I let my mind wonder until its tired!! I toss and turn until i get comfy or i make myself stay in one position for a while even if I'm not comfy. work out before you go to bed so you are tired!
