U were together coz u cheated on your present relationship then u got into this new relatonship coz u fall out of love with the first now because u feel guilty u want to let go the new one but u already let her go many times but she still wants the relationship how can i tell her that i dont have peace of mind so im lettting her go (of course i will let go the first as well) coz i dont deserve her love .i think i am not ready for any relationship right now...but how can u let go when u still love the person and the reason of letting her go because u know that what u did is wrong u are now with her because u cheated on your first gf im so bad =( need to change my ways...will i write to her or say it that we need to let go but how...she still wants me even i cheated on her how can i convince her that i dont have peace of mind thats why im letting her go

sit down and explain to her you feelings of not being good enough for her because of what you have done. Maybe you can figure it out together and you don't need to end it

If you truly wanted to communicate that idea and leave no option of her changing your mind, the most effective way is for you to move somewhere (else)...the farther the better, and leave absolutely no way for her to find out where or how to get in touch with you, let her go through her own grieving process, regroup, get her head back together and accepting that you are unequivocally out of her life picture, and perhaps she will meet someone else. This will also satisfy your goal too. You can start anew with someone else, this time not making all the same mistakes. You both get something out of it.

It's always hard to say goodbye to someone. If she doesn't want the relationship to end u just have to explain to her your feelings. If she still wants u then maybe u should get your self back on the right track b/c you're obviously doing something right if she still wants to date u. It'll work out. Trust.
